I am sick of people thinking that in order to be influential, they have to have numbers.
Church plants that think they’re failing because they’re still at less than 100 members after meeting for years,
Bloggers, authors and speakers who think they’re failing because they see the success of such huge names.
Come on people,
Can we wake up?
You are called to be in the ministry you are a part of.
If you are following the Holy Spirit – you are in God’s will.
Who needs numbers if that is the case?
God has you where you are for a reason and a season.
Honor Him in it.
Sick of seeing people getting jealous of others’ ministries because of numbers.
Honor God with your flock; your influence.
Don’t give up!
Don’t give in to the lie that numbers make a ministry.
AMEN!
Great encouragement, John. It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers game.
So true…so true.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAYING THIS BRO, I TOTALLY AGREE.
Thanks for stopping by :D
Why are we still believing that as Christians we can “go to” church…?
a wonderful question…!
Small churches are big on the numbers game, unfortunately. As a youth leader, it’s tough when people compare numbers to spiritual growth.
They sure are! It is sad, truly.
